Rebecca W. Coletta, Esq., Partner

Becky Coletta is an accomplished attorney with more than three decades of legal, business, and public‑service experience. A partner at Coletta & Fendt LLC, she brings a rare combination of high‑level legal training, executive‑level corporate counsel experience, and a Master of Social Work that informs her thoughtful, client‑centered approach to practice.

Becky graduated cum laude from New York University School of Law—one of the nation’s top law schools—where she was recognized as the top all-around graduate of her class, inducted into the Order of the Coif, and served as Co‑Editor of the Journal of Law and Social Change. She later earned her M.S.W. from Bridgewater State College, deepening her understanding of the human and family dynamics that often underlie legal decision‑making.

Her legal career began with a federal clerkship for U.S. Magistrate Judge Kathleen A. Roberts in the Southern District of New York, followed by practice at Morrison & Foerster in New York City. Becky went on to hold senior and associate general counsel roles at PanAmSat/Intelsat, advising on complex corporate, regulatory, and transactional matters. She later served as Counsel and Shareholder at BCG Engineering/Ardurra Group before founding what is now Coletta & Fendt LLC, where she has practiced since 2015.

In addition to her private‑sector work, Becky has contributed her expertise to the Massachusetts House of Representatives as Counsel to the Joint Committee on Labor and Workforce Development. Her commitment to public service extends across decades of local and regional leadership, including serving as President and Treasurer of the Old Colony Planning Council, a Select Board Member for the Town of Pembroke, Chair of the Pembroke Planning Board, and a long‑time member of the Hanson Kiwanis Club. She has also supported numerous community and human‑services organizations, including Road to Responsibility and the Massachusetts Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children.

Becky is known for her analytical rigor, practical problem‑solving, and unwavering dedication to helping clients make informed, confident decisions. Whether advising on business matters, real estate, estate planning, or municipal issues, she brings clarity, steadiness, and a deep respect for the people and communities she serves.
